Included	VAT, boat insurance, GPS, autopilot (unless excluded in
	boat details), tender. Excluded: holiday insurance.
Notes	Your yacht will be fully fueled (please return full).
	The extras and the security must be paid for on arrival in cash or
	travellers cheques.  The deposit will be returned in full at check-out
	provided the boat is returned undamaged with all items present.
