How to make an enquiry, or a booking

You need to complete our enquiry form which is on our website.  This makes it easier for us to understand your needs, and hopefully helps you a bit too.  It is very short, and easily completed.

Please note that at this stage you are under no obligation. As soon as we receive your enquiry form, we will check availability of the boats and come back to you confirming availability and price and the amount of the deposit, so that you can make a decision.  Please feel free to ask us any questions at anytime...we will try our best to help you.

If and when you decide you would like to make a booking with us, you can pay either by cheque or directly to our account, details of which we will supply in our response, but which can also be found here. When we have received your deposit your holiday booking is complete.  

After you have told us that you want a particular boat, we can give you an option on it for a while, in order to give you time to make your travel arrangement and to transfer the funds to us.  During that time we will not rent the boat to anyone else.

We will send you an invoice and booking confirmation along with a request for further information such as details of members of your party. The balance of the cost is due no later than 40 days before departure.  Arrival instructions will be sent to you either immediately or not later than 3 weeks before departure.

We will normally use e-mail for communications unless you ask us to use fax or post.
